First-time setup in the bosdolar app

Once installed, launch bosdolar and complete four quick steps:

Create or sign in to your account: If new, tap "Open account" and enter your email, username, password, and mobile number. If existing, tap "Member login" and enter your credentials.

Troubleshooting common installation issues

Android APK download blocked: Your device may have restricted downloads from unknown sources. Go to Settings → Apps & Notifications → Special App Access → Install Unknown Apps, find your browser, and enable it. Then retry the APK download.

Certificate warning on iOS web app: Safari may show a warning when you first add bosdolar to your home screen. This is normal for web apps. Tap "Trust" and continue. The warning does not return once you trust the certificate.

App crashes on launch: Clear the app cache (Android: Settings → Apps → bosdolar → Storage → Clear Cache; iOS: close Safari and restart). If crashes persist, uninstall and reinstall. Contact our support team through the in-app centre or email if the issue continues.

Slow video streams: Check your network signal strength. Switch to WiFi if on mobile data. In Settings → Video Quality, select a lower resolution. If nearby users in Jakarta, Surabaya, or Medan experience the same issue, contact support—it may indicate a regional network problem.

Data, permissions, and account security on bosdolar mobile

The bosdolar Android app requests permissions for camera (optional, for KYC document upload), microphone (not used but included for compliance), storage (to cache game assets), and internet access. You can revoke any permission in Settings → Apps → bosdolar → Permissions. Revoking storage access disables offline features but does not prevent login.
