Two-factor authentication

Once you create your bosdolar account, we recommend enabling 2FA. A time-limited code sent to your registered email or mobile phone must be entered before login from an unrecognised device.

How to enable: Navigate to Account Settings → Security → Enable Two-Factor Authentication.

Password management

Use a strong, unique password for your bosdolar account—at least 8 characters combining uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols. Never share your password with anyone, including bosdolar staff.

Password reset: If you forget your password, use the "Forgot password" link on the login page. A reset link is sent to your registered email.

Phishing and fraud prevention

bosdolar staff will never ask for your password, PIN, or payment details via email or message. If you receive suspicious messages claiming to be from bosdolar, do not click links or provide information.

Report: Forward suspicious messages to our support team immediately through the in-app support centre.

Logout on shared devices

Always logout from your bosdolar account before leaving a shared computer or mobile device. Use "Logout" on the Account menu or clear your browser cache.

Session timeout: Your bosdolar session expires automatically after subject to verification of inactivity for added security.
