Account and registration

To reset your password, click "Forgot password?" on the bosdolar login page. Enter your registered email address. We will send you a password-reset link within a few minutes. Click that link, and you will be prompted to enter a new password (minimum 8 characters, mix of uppercase, lowercase, number, and symbol). Once you save the new password, you can sign in to bosdolar with your username or email and the new password.

If you do not receive the reset email, check your spam folder or contact our support team through the in-app centre.

bosdolar requires identity verification to comply with anti-money-laundering law. When you create an account, you must provide:

  • A clear photo of your government-issued ID (Indonesian ID card / KTP, passport, or driver's license)
  • Your full legal name, date of birth, and nationality
  • A recent selfie with your ID (to confirm you are the cardholder)

We verify these documents within 24 business hours. Once approved, you can deposit and withdraw. If verification is delayed, check your email for requests for additional information, or contact support. Users in Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, and Semarang follow the same verification process.

Payments and transactions

Withdrawal requests on bosdolar are reviewed within 24–48 business hours after submission. Once approved, funds are transferred to your registered payment method (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet). Actual credit time varies by your bank or mobile-wallet provider—typically subject to verification for instant-transfer services (mobile banking, local payment) and 1–3 business days for standard bank transfers.

If your withdrawal is delayed, check your bosdolar account history to confirm status. Contact support if the request shows "approved" but funds have not arrived after 5 business days.

Yes. bosdolar supports direct bank transfers from online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, and local payment. To deposit, go to the Deposit page, select "Bank Transfer," and choose your bank. You will be given a virtual account number unique to your bosdolar profile. Transfer your deposit from your personal bank account to that virtual account. Your bosdolar balance updates once the transfer clears, usually within subject to verification for same-bank transfers and up to 24 hours for inter-bank transfers.

For faster deposits, we also accept mobile wallets: online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, and online payment typically process within seconds.
